Internet never forgets

Mówią, ze papier jest cierpliwy. A internet - bez dwóch zdań – pamiętliwy... Dlatego zanim cokolwiek tu umieszczę, trzy razy pomyśle.

Nigdy nie umieszczam zdjęć mojego dziecka. Nigdy przenigdy. Bliskim osobom wysyłam prywatnie, obcym wcale. Szanuje jej malutką prywatność. Zdarzyło mi się tłumaczyć kuzynce, która namiętnie umieszcza fotki gołego synka i jego śmieszne komentarze a propos genitaliów - że może kiedyś synek będzie dziennikarzem, albo aktorem, albo co nie daj Boże politykiem.......I wtedy ktoś mu te zdjęcia wywlecze wbrew jego woli.

Po co się pytam?? 

Ostatnio dostałam prośbę od kogoś, kto jest samotnym ojcem. Samotny ojciec podobno korzystał z internetowej kafejki, żeby mieć dostęp do neta, bo go nie stać na rachunki. Napisał do mnie, ze prosi o wysłanie sms pod wskazany nr, bo wtedy jego dzieci dostają za 1 sms 1 czekoladę... Wydało mi się dziwne już na dzień dobry i trochę poszperałam.. I oczywiście, internet jest pamiętliwy. Samotny ojciec występował kilka razy jako kobieta, cóż mamy geneder - może chłopina ma problemy z tożsamością? :)

Poza tym wpisywał się na różnych forach w dziwnie nocnych porach, wiec  nawet jeśli kafejka jest całodobowa to dzieciaki zostawia same i leci do kafejki??

Zaproponowałam wysłanie tej czekolady pocztą, ale już nie był zainteresowany. 

Wnioski moje - naciągnąć się nie dam, a dodatkowo - nie jesteśmy całkiem anonimowi.

People say: paper is patient. And internet – never forgets. That's before I put anything in internet I'm used to thinking three times.

I never publish my daughter's pictures – never ever. I respect her tiny privacy. To my friends I send pictures directly. Once I tried to explain to my cousin who puts everywhere pictures of her naked son with funny comment regarding his genitals that it's inappropriate – maybe in the future he will be journalist, actor or (oh God) politicial. And then somebody will drag it our against his will.

Why am I asking?

Few days ago I got request from somebody who said he was single father. Single father used internet cafe becasue he can't afford on paying bills. He wrote me to ask for sending sms to given number. He claimed that 1 sms sent to this number meant his childs would get 1 chocolate. It seemed strange to me so I started digging. And of course – internet never forgets. Single father has appeared few times as single woman with the same request, phone number and even IP – maybe guy has some problems with his identity? Who nows  :)

Besides he was attending on web forums on very strange times – sometimes late at night. So what – signle father leaves his childs alone at night and goes to internet cafe?

I suggested I would send him chocolate but he wasn't interested in it anymore.

My conlusions: I'm not fooled. And additionally – we're not 100% anonymous.
